What is the expiry date?
With coffee, we recommend you look for date of roast instead of date of expiry, because there is no industry-standard shelf life of coffee. Some multinational companies put date of expiry two years after the date of roast, whereas we decide to put it one year from date of roast. All our bags have date of roast mentioned.
What is the origin of your beans?
It varies on various factors. We have served Laos, Vietnam & Indonesian beans from our roastry and we plan on introducing African & South American variety in the future.
Should I buy whole beans who pre-ground coffee?
It is always better to grind your own coffee beans just before you use them for optimum freshness.
What is the best roast for Espresso?
It depends on your taste. Espresso is a brewing method, not a roast type. You can use any roast that makes good tasting coffee for you. At our roasting lab, we’ve developed a medium-dark roast that tastes best in an espresso machine.
Do you roast your coffee locally?
Yes. We import fresh green beans and roast them in our artisan craft roaster for ultimate freshness.
