We have taken all the time we needed to come up with this meticulously crafted Arabica-Robusta blend that leaves you buzzing half-day long. Hindukush Blend is not only a cross-variety (Arabica & Robusta) and a cross-origin (multiple Asian origins) blend, but also a cross-roast (mix of medium & medium-dark roast). The medium-dark roast adds richness to the body and medium roast applies a smooth, flavorful finish, resulting in a coffee that is unique in taste, and delicious from the first sip to the last, no matter how you decide to brew it!
Hindukush Blend is inspired by the majestic mountain range of Hindukush, the glacial streams and lakes of which water much of the Gilgit city; the birthplace & home of Sierra Coffee Company.
Flavor Notes: Hindukush balances aromatic notes of dried apricot, hints of hazelnut & cloves with a vibrant body & a delicate sweet-n-spicy finish.

Its amazing to know that roasters are coming up with such effort and passion in the form of coffee blends being created in PAKISTAN. It shows the growth of coffee culture in our Nation which is a very positive sign. Tried this Blend HINDUKUSH by Sierra Coffee and as they have mentioned, its a perfect kick start for the day with richness of body and smooth finish. I brewed it on my V60 and enjoyed every sip of it.
